Thank you for the feedback, Damaris. I am very sorry to hear that your experience at North Beach was less than satisfactory. It is unfortunate that items do break and maintenance issues arise in the apartments, as having our resident's inconvenienced is not what we want. In your case, our Maintenance team immediately handled the water leak and made attempts to determine where it was coming from. The cause of leaks or other maintenance items does not always immediately present itself. Once the pin sized hole was found in your water heater, it was immediately replaced. As for the lies and disrespect you speak of, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to speak to you regarding that and possibly rectify any misunderstandings there may have been.

NOT Worth the MOney! My experience with them was horrible. So many people complaining about their poor management. Did I mentioned they lie and are very disrespectful? They had me living in water inside my bedroom and living room for over two months. Everywhere was literally smelling, and made me pay rent but did nothing to solve the issue. My neighbors had thousands of complaints as well. I can write a book about this apartment and their poor management. There are better apartments around same neighborhood with better pricing. Stay away from this place.

Worst customer service!! Will lie about everything to get the non refundable application fee and then deny your application a minute later! Stay away.... Update. There was no miscommunication! We did everything you told us to do! We applied based on your guidance and reassurance that there would be no problem! Again, you would rather lie then accept the responsibility and make it right. During our phone call after the denial the property manager told us that verbal agreements are not binding, only the written are. And there was miscommunication?! Common... just stop making up excuses. Keep the money I guess you guys need it more. It s a tough situation in the country for everyone these days.

The Community is beautifully well maintained, the staff are all great, I love my apartment! I've been here for 6 months & already extending my lease 15 mths. The only thing I dont like is we have no valet trash & no assigned parking, but I can live w that Tina-01-106

Absolutely love living here! The front office staff is so awesome and helpful. They put on fun holiday activities for residents and are always making improvements to make living here better. Absolutely recommend living here.

Lynette, I am very sorry to hear about this unfortunate oversight and your experience at North Beach. Unfortunately, the vacant unit you were scheduled to see had been moved into the day before. While we typically have contingencies in place to remind ourselves to follow-up the day before with appointments, this time, it was a case of human error and that follow-up did not happen. I know that Taylor felt terrible for you making the trip in for nothing and I too extend my sincerest apologies for that. While this was an unfortunate circumstance of human error, our team at North Beach strives to always be accommodating, welcoming and professional with every prospect and resident we interact with. I do hope in the future, if you are in the market for an apartment home, that you would allow North Beach the opportunity to change your opinion.

I made an appointment to tour the larger one bedroom unit with the den. I came in for the tour which did not happen. Not only was Taylor (the associate in the office) late to meet me but she told me that the unit was not available for viewing. Luckily, I was able to tour other properties in the area so that my time was not completely wasted. The professional thing to do would have been to reach out to me prior to scheduled visit and let me know that the unit was no longer available for viewing and not have me wait in the lobby. If you are looking for a place in the area, I highly recommend touring and leasing literally any of the newer and far more welcoming apartment homes near by.
