I am very sorry that you were not pleased when you called our office. I understand that price is a big concern when you need the services of a professional like a CPA, Heart Specialist or Attorney. You should be aware that many lawyers today offer "cheap" representation. And let's face it, everyone wants to pay what they feel is a "fair" price. While you don't want to spend more than you have to, you should be very cautious of choosing a lawyer because they are "cheap". Many times you get what you pay for and nobody wants the results you get from a "Cheap" lawyer or "Cheap" doctor. After all, the outcome of your case will affect you for the rest of your life. Many lawyers will give you a low price to start with, but then you receive bills from them month after month. At my law firm fees are discussed up front and put into a written contract. There are no hidden costs and no monthly bills for more attorney fees. In fact, I even offer a written guarantee that proves we stand behind what we say. Remember, what you are paying for is the skill level of the lawyer. So I always recommend hiring the lawyer that will get you the best results and not who's cheapest. - George McCranie

Things were pretty okay until after the initial signing of papers, etc. After the financials were discussed and agreed upon, thats when things went way downhill. It seems as if the money is all thats even cared about. I never got any phone calls or emails regarding the status of my case, or even when to come in to discuss further matters. Calling the office and being told theyre busy, would you like a call back? And never receiving a call back. Numerous times. It seems like nobody communicated with each other. I would call for a simple court date, and nobody could seem to give me an answer. It was always we will have X call you back.....Court was moved once and I had no knowledge until the DAY BEFORE. They had a lot of time to at least give a heads up. They surely could call to take payments, but cant call with any updates/case discussions? IMO the money you pay is better off given to people who would at least bother to call/email with updates and have more professionalism. If you cant do the bare minimum as to call clients with ANY information OTHER THAN FINANCIALS, why charge an arm and a leg for nothing and push for five-star reviews? I guess if your case would bring in more money to them, you might have a bit better results. But even then, everyone should be equal regardless.
