Flowers looked nothing like the picture on the site at all and I'm embarrassed I even had them sent to my friend. I understand there will always be some variation but this wasn't even close. Utter garbage.

Hi there Fahad, I am genuinely so sorry about any confusion that might have caused this, I can only imagine how disappointed your mother would have been! We didn't have Mother's day available as a date so your order will have been sent out on the date you selected in the drop down list and we do send an automated confirmation email with the date selected but I do understand that sometimes this could be missed if you are coming to us for a big day like Mother's Day. Made an order the day before mothers day as the website still said theyre taking mothers day orders for the next day and then my flowers never arrived. Please keep your website updated in future to prevent giving customers false hope

Hi Jumeirah, I'm so sorry that your order didn't go as planned yesterday. We sent an email at 6:53pm on the 10th of Feb outlining the fact that our couriers on Valentine's were not able to accommodate every delivery time request due to the sheer volume of orders the day and the lack of available couriers in Sydney for that day. My colleague also tried her best to explain over the phone our legal requirements of not being able to leave alcohol unattended as requested and the need to be able to contact the recipient to ensure the that we could arrange a suitable delivery time with them. The offer of a an immediate full refund was provided to you as well as the option of re-delivery and yes, this could not be guaranteed as we still weren't able to contact the recipient to ensure they would be there as you didn't want us to ruin the surprise. I can completely understand frustration of yesterday's order not living up to your expectations though and as such I have sent you a voucher in an email for you to use on a future order with us. I really hope this allows you to give us another chance to make this right for you and helps express our regret that we didn't get it right this time. If you wish to discuss this further please feel free to call us on 02 9055 7795 and ask for Aidan. Pretty disappointed with the service for Valentine's Day this year. I had arranged a SURPRISE gift for Valentine's Day and they couldn't deliver to the address so said I could either get a refund or pay for the delivery drive to go out again, which still wouldn't guarantee delivery. So that V Day surprise was ruined. Operator wasn't helpful and said this could have been avoided by responding to my email. However, I did not receive any email - so that was a lie. I have had great experiences with this company before so am disappointed with this experience and customer service.
