Took months to fix my water leak, doesn't answer the after hours emergency lines like they should and neither do they change your filter on time. It was also theft inside the office. Wouldn't recommend

I love my apartment. I've been here for a year, just renewed my lease. The floorplans are great for the price. I really like the new manager, Jay. He's really friendly and helpful.

I definitely do not recommend this complex to anyone. The management definitely doesnt care about you or your well being. I recently just moved out, during the big snow storm my pipe busted in my bedroom. Flooded the whole room almost and my bathroom was sitting in 2-3 inches of water. I tried to call management to let them know. They were on their lunch break, and once they got back and I tried to inform the management but I was ignored twice until I raised my voice. The claimed to fix the carpet, but it sat in water and they used fans to dry it out but to only replace the cushion under the carpet and not replace just the carpet. Also they do not do much upkeep on their buildings or landscape. If you dont want to come home to your apartment smelling like weed or cigarettes this for sure isnt the place for you. Also its definitely not worth $650 a month for 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom when you have to literally bother management to come fix something in your apartment.
