When approaching the agent for information on a property in the area, I was fobbed off with excuses without the agent even looking if the property was on their books. I wouldnt recommend this estate agent, but I would recommend their staff be trained in how to be polite on the phone to potential customers.

We used Stags in South Molton to sell our holiday letting business and house. The transaction was slightly more complicated than the usual house sale but Rob at Stags guided both ourselves and the buyers through the process with consummate ease. Overall we had a great experience with Stags as our agent and Id highly recommend them for their high level of service and excellent local knowledge.
