Unfortunately, I have to echo the sentiment shared by other agency partners that Klaviyo does not handle partner relationships well. We recommended their platform to our client and did all the work of transitioning their automation/contacts into Klaviyo but did not get credited for the referral. I sent evidence of all the work we did to transition the account and was not helped by the partner rep.
