I have used OSI's screen printing services for years and have been happy with their work but I recently placed an order for embroidery and was disappointed with the results. I am an embroiderer by trade but was unable to do this order due to medical issues. Their quality issues were due to only using one piece of backing on pique knits which is never adequate, and the thread tension was inconsistent creating some looping. They didn't trim the threads on the back of the embroidery either. Incentive for me to get well and get back to work! Julie Kaleidoscope Design Embroidery

Need to give 5 stars a big shout out to OSI & especially Raina for continually offering the very best in communication, customer service and quality. I've used OSI for a few clients as well as my own company and they have been a dream to work with. During a time where there is a ton of supply chain issues and unavailable product they have been transparent when it comes to deadlines and pricing, went above and beyond in recommending alternatives and communicating any changes and updates.
