I had my iPod stolen from my car last week when I brought my car in for service. I immediately let my service guy know, had to email him several times for over a week before I got a call from someone without any apologies, questioning my integrity, talking down to me and refusing to cover the cost of the stolen item. This is a last time I am using this business.

Probably one of the better service departments, but no excuse for advisors lying to customers. Everyone knows that stealerships are exponentially more expensive than anywhere else. Instead of being on the level about this, my advisor blatantly said nobody would be able to fix my car without the big bucks. He recommended I buy a 2022 bmw and accept that this one is beyond saving. Left such a sour taste in my mouth understanding how little I can trust them, and realizing how little they are looking out for their clients. Saved tens of thousands of dollars on identical parts and in my opinion higher quality work and attention to detail elsewhere. P.S. If you're a dealership, you should always make sure cars smell as good when they are picked up, as when they are dropped off. Maybe someone needs more deodorant.
