I would NOT recommend these apts to ANYONE! They look nice and it's in a quiet area relative to other downtown apartments but the management team is awful. Jay was my apartment rep and I could never get ahold of this guy. I'd leave message after message one day to the next and would never get a reply. They almost never answer their phones or return any messages. There was zero communication unless I forced it. I even asked if email would be better and the only email I got was 30 seconds into a call after waiting 2 weeks! TWO WEEKS for a response about a move in date. You'll get zero help or empathy from the team at these apts. We had paid our application fees totalling $800 just for them to tell us a "take it or leave" policy. After all the stress I went through just trying to talk to these people and get a response I can honestly say these are the worst apartments in downtown Fort worth and I say that strictly talking about the management and office staff. I had to physically go to the apts to get answers from jay at one time btw. The "pool" is also only 3 foot deep If you want to live downtown then Parker House, The Tower, or Firestone would be a better place to look.
Update: Management has contacted me and gone over areas of improvement. Since then, communication has improved and dates have been given for various area maintenance. The transition between the two companies was a little rough but it seems as though things are improving! The apartment complex was bought by the Franklin in the last month or two. Since then there have been serious issues with communication: unanswered emails regarding maintenance requests/general questions and when you call the office youre given very vague answers and a condescending attitude when you ask for more clarification. Cleanliness of the complex has been an issue and the response is always that they released all prior contracts with vendors and have gotten new ones but will not give a general date of when services will begin. Its been weeks. Very disappointing and if it continues I will be looking to get out of my lease.
Awful. Have been without AC for 6 days. No one is responding to me and now they have blocked my phone number. They left my back door wide open & there was an assault / multiple burglaries throughout the complex on Sunday. Would not recommend living here!!
