The property was nice, but the managers are a bunch of mean old men with zero respect. They expect you to do maintenance and will not work with you if you are having issues. Furthermore, if for any reason you ever have issues and need assistance with moving out or getting out of your lease, expect to be bullied and chastised for your misfortune. Extremely disappointed!

We are in the process of purchasing a unit at Ultra Vista in Maitland and considering canceling the contract as we have NOT been able to contact the management company through emails or phone (Sentry Management) to get some simple answers to new owner questions (there should be a prepared package for new owners). My first impression of this company is not good, and I wonder how they stay in business?? Why would we pay top dollar and invest more to improve a unit that is so poorly managed???

I live in timacuan park and I have to say this company is beyond the worst you can ever deal with. Not sure if there employees are over worked or just unqualified for the position. They never respond in a timely manner and it can take months to get a response. If your looking for a property management company look elsewhere. You have been warned.
