Despite payment confirmation and a delivery booking on the 15th of October my order has never left their warehouse. I have been chasing for over a week. Pointless emails to and fro dripping, albeit decreasingly, with false courtesy wherein the Snag team first blamed warehouse programme issues, then covid, then claimed my order, which has never been scanned, was RTS undeliverable. Now my cancellation and refund request has been ignored and I feel ripped off by A$100+. An extremely disappointing first experience with this brand.

Truly awful service, spent nearly 40 and despite trying to contact several times I've not had my items or money back and have to open a case with my bank to get a refund as no one reads the support emails. 100% avoid!

Complete lie! They don't fit any better than any other tight. If tights were knitted to actually fit they would be the same color all the way up you wouldn't have to worry about your underwear showing through or the color fading out because your skin shows through so much. Are they stretchy enough to fit around me yes. But so is every other large tight I buy
