I dropped an item off on a Saturday and paid extra for rush order, I was very clear in what I wanted and if it couldn't be done the way I wanted to call me. It was supposed to be ready for pickup by the end of day on that coming tue. Well I get no phone call so I call them on Tue and they have no idea what I'm talking about. They finally go find it and call me back well someone put it in the wrong box or place or something and it didn't get done yet. So they tell me they will have it done before they close at 6 but if there are anymore problems they will call. I live 45 mins away I am almost there at 545 when they try to call to say there was a emergency and the lady had to leave, so my order wasn't done but they would get it first thing in the morning. So next day I finally get a call around 11 its ready. I did get my item and the quality of work was great, my problem was mainly the girl up front she had a oh well attitude about screwing up the order instead of just owning it and saying she made a mistake. Then there was stuff I had paid for they couldn't do so she told me tue that she would refund it when I picked it up the next day. So I go to pick it up and she's like ok here it is and hands it to me and starts to go to another customer. I had to ask for my refund!! I mean really I was just there yesterday how do you forget something like that! I appreciate the work and quality but due to the lack of customer service at the front not sure if I will go back.

So first thing I need to say is fantastic staff. We have always used custom embroidery for our fire department. They are very prompt and do amazing work. I have shirts that have held up for years. Well recently I took 4 shirts down to have them embroidered and put a rush order on them. They had them done fast I was amazed. Well when I got home I noticed something wrong with my boyfriend's shirts. It was not their fault nor his. He hadn't specified how he wanted his name put on his shirt. He was going to just order new shirts as we figured they couldn't be fixed. I decided to take them back and see if there was anything they could do to fix them. The amazing staff there said they would fix them for us the best they could. Again not their fault. I asked how much it would be to fix them and you know what they told me "no charge". I dropped them off to be fixed on a Friday and they had them done Monday. We went to pick them up and they looked amazing. That's right they fixed the shirts no charge and rushed them. We will always use custom embroidery. High quality services and fantastic staff. Thank yall so much. You saved the day.

I have to give custom embroidery a 5 star rating. There were some issues but they made good on them and also put my name on the front of the jacket for free because I had mentioned coming back for that. Great work and the owners are awesome to deal with. I have already had lots of comments on how good it looks....Thanks - A Way Out bonding

I had them embroider my daughter's monogram on eight different tank tops using two styles & 7 different colors for the order. The result was perfect!! Customer service was awesome. They patiently helped me decide the style on each item. Will definitely return!!
