Horrible Customer service. A few days prior I snuck in and grabbed one of their pricing sheets and business cards. I live very close and had plans of getting the works, business cards, t-shirts and some other advertising must haves for my fitness brand. I go in there today see two people in the store. No one says a word. So i finally ask one gentlemen if he works there. He says no . Then a lady at the copy machine says oh I work here. I ask how much to print one piece of paper (no color) that i would send by e-mail. 5 bucks . I'm like wow 5 dollars for one copy. She then replies oh yes I'd have to stop what im doing and help you , so yeah 5 bucks. Goes and ask manager , comes back yeah 5 bucks. Now this place claims to make custom t-shirts for 20 bucks. Unbelievable seems as if they make prices up as they go. I no fool arrow printing in Ansonia would never charge me More than 50 cents if that for the same service. A one page print out. And to think I was going to order some t-shirts. Oh well there loss. Do not recommend doing business with this organization.

Shelton Printing went out of its way and produced a full color 3x8 foot vinyl banner in 1 day so we could use it to promote our MovingwithHOPE 5K race in Shelton. And, if that was not enough, Adam donated the sign! Great effort for a great cause!
