I purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses, used the five times and the they broke in half. Oakley has really gone down in there workmanship on glasses not to mention there everything else the make! I have tried calling, email and still no response back! I then decided to send the glasses back at my own expense along with a long letter and contact info and yet again still no response! I've now been on hold with them for over and hour for the third time and still no help!!!!!!! PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYMORE PRODUCTS FROM OAKLEY!!! Maybe by doing this they might start taking care of there customers again! I have been buying SPY glasses and goggles since this debacle with OAKLEY and have had no issues at all!!! OAKLEY IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Products, Astoundingly terrible customer service... Like the worst. I've made multiple purchases over the past 20 years of Oakley products. I will say that I have always been pleased and a few have exceeded expectation with the products. However, if you have to contact customer service for ANYTHING don't expect to be treated like you spent what you did... because you won't. Even if it's one of the most expensive things or cheapest. Custom glasses, apparel.. doesn't matter. You'll get treated like something they scraped off a boot sole. And it's been the same person both times I've had to make contact with that has the same repeat treatment. Out of respect for his unprofessionalism, I'll refrain from putting it in this review. Proceed with caution.

They have treated me right and I have made several purchases over the years. Sometimes the reps are not the most friendly but they are professional and have done their job well. Surprised at all the negative reviews. Wow

Oakley corporate headquarters in Foothill Ranch is closed to customers due to covid as of August 13,2021. I wish they had posted this information before I drove out there, poor customer service! Closed due to covid "really" August 2021?
