I am sure I was not dealing with the person that normally does the work I needed for a wedding so I do bear that in mind. Yet even when returning from an absence, very little was done to rectify the mess but an invoice was created with items that I was told were not completed. I recommend waiting if they say the regular person is out or if you are asked a lot of questions during the entire process, asked to do the work yourself, asked repetitive questions, feel like you are being backed into a corner for entertainment, walk the other way.
