I've been a certified instructor for 6 years and a kite boarder for 8 years. I only get one day every two weeks to kite and today was too windy for my 10 m so I drove to Windance where I've bought a harness and two kites from. They wouldn't let me demo a 7m RPM while one of the guys looked at me like I had no place being in the shop. So rude and not happy and won't purchase from here again. Ended up buying a 7m Envy down the road Your loss Windance.

Fraudulent team who charge a fortune for shipping then send it with the cheap option so they would get more profit. The item then gets lost, is not insured and not tracked! I bought a part I desperately needed while on a trip in peru. Windance charged me over 60 usd shipping which for that price would have been here In 3 days, insured and track able the whole way. Instead they sent it for 13 usd! Don't trust these guys to ship anything....ANSWER TO REPLY Not sure what the owner is referring to when he says the review is unjustified? they took the cheapest postage for 13 USD and charged us over 60 USD. Its impossible to verify it arriving, its non traceable out side the USA for 13 USD. try and be more honest in future guys...Watch out any one buying online especially outside of the USA!!!!! Good job Paypal where able to claim the money back for us : )
