Very unprofessional and irresponsible. I set up an appointment to altered my dress, for May 4th at 5:00pm. We arrived at 4:45pm, and Yrma wasn't even there, we called and she never answered... we waited for an hour, because the lady in the house said she was on her way, after waiting for an hour, we found out that Yrma didn't even had her phone, the lady lied to us, making us believe that she was on her way. She never showed up to my appointment, nor did she ever called to apologize. My experience there was horrible!. All I have to say is that they are very irresponsible and have no professionalism.

I took in a dress, for a wedding, to be altered. When I picked it up right before the wedding, it was poorly altered. The bodice no longer fit, it was uncomfortable to wear, and and it didn't looked right. I had to pay a second person to adjust it and make it look good again

Abbey, We sincerely apologize for the rescheduling and such. We are in transition of changing systems and phone service providers and in the switch have had some oversite. We certainly do not want you to feel as if we didn't treat you well or your wedding is not important to us - because it is. I got my wedding dress altered and my daughters flower girl dress. They did great on the flower girl dress, fit perfectly. I felt like I was not treated very well here since they had to reschedule 2 times on me when I had to rearrange my schedule to make it to these appts. The last appt Yrma had to sew in the cups for my dress and when I got home I saw that they had missed a side of one and the pin was still in there. After seeing that I looked over all of my dress and the inseam where they had to undo to put in a button for my train to be pinned up, they never sewed the inseam so it was wide open. I called and left them a message of the things they missed and never got any call back. I had to sew those two things myself, even through its something no one will be able to see, I just expected them to do a better job at the finite details and not reschedule on brides the way they did with me, very unprofessional.
