I am sorry to hear about your experience. Each condo is individually owned, maintained and rented out, so other condos do not have these issues. Yes, our indoor pool roof was deemed unsafe by our engineer, and we had to close it for safety until it is repaired. But we did open our heated outdoor pool 6 weeks early for those wanting to swim.

Great views but the indoor pool was closed. Rooms were smaller and our condo hardly had any light. Found roaches in our kitchen and living room. Wont be staying here again

We do not have a front desk lady who drives a van of any color or make. I am sorry that you left a review about the entire complex based on an experience with someone who doesn't even work here. I would appreciate it if you revised your review to reflect your stay in the condo.

It was nice .. buildings paints are chipping large amount of trash behind first dumster when u pull in toilets and all workers were on a sky track out side our window working at 9 am kinda uncomfortable! .. the lady at the front desk that gives sell quarters at the front is not nice or happy and hates life if she was nice I would leave 5 star !! And this is for 1260 ski view!!!! The pool was nice and heated .. the attitude tho killed it for us.. and as for the owner calling me a lier sham on you .. I know where we stayed and spent a 1000 dollars to do so

Thank you for writing a review about your stay at our condo complex. In order to get fabulous views, guests must drive up the mountain roads which are maintained by the City of Gatlinburg. Everyone agrees that the drive is worth the view!

I am sorry that you were disappointed with your condo. Each condo here is individually owned and maintained. Therefore, other condos would not have these issues of broken/missing items. Our indoor pool and spas have been closed since the beginning of March due to a structural issue that is unsafe. Your host should have notified you of this issue in advance. Sorry, there are no elevators at this complex, which should also have been made known to you by your booking company/owner.

Views were great but our unit had numerous broken and missing items. It was advertised as having indoor pool and hot tubs, but these were "out of order" indefinately. These things, plus the fact that there were no elevators (we were on 3rd floor), made the looong drive up to the summit NOT worth it.
