Thank you for your feedback, we are delighted that you felt our team was exceptional. As you acknowledge, the campaign was successful. Comparing year on year data, we have grown organic traffic significantly: users were up 25% and page views up 45%, this is also backed up by an increase in conversion number and value and the high frequency of page-one positions we achieved for key product phrases. We are clear in our strategy and at the beginning of the campaign what our plans are, and these are communicated each month in our reports. At no point was any concern raised about the level of output, otherwise we would have tried to provide more clarity and further insight into our methodologies. The team was exceptional, but the business model was not. Not recommended for small businesses, better for larger enterprises. They give you minimal hours a month for your work and as a result very little output over a year. In an entire year we went up by maybe 20% in traffic. Some months the only work that was done was a blog, thats all. They make everything sound all fancy and high end especially when you are signed on. I get SEO is a slow long term investment, however output of work does matter. For what we paid, we expected a lot more especially when we are paying thousands. Again maybe a large business can afford to pay thousands a month for a few years until they see any significant results, however not recommended for small businesses. Majority of what you pay will most likely go on overheads, salaries, sales etc and very little on your actual work which is why I don't recommend for small businesses. They will probably claim many small businesses have used them but don't let the sweet talk and sales pitches lure you in, find a freelances and get output of work. On the good side, they didn't do any spammy back linking in the year that will hurt the website and domain, the team are all helpful and do try in the little time they're given.
