When i get here do i take a dump in the tubes and wait for someone to put it in my car for future dumping because i have a smart car and dont want to take a dump in my smart car.so if i take a dump on the scale do i pay for the weight of my dump and the tube i took a dump in.?

The lady that answered the phone was very very rude. When I tried asking her questions regarding on supplies, she cut me off by just hanging up, not allowing me to finish.

Hi bueno yo fui a este lugar ayer y abian 2 personas white que me atendieron y ellos estaban bromeando y se me iso bueno como que también bromeaban conmigo esos se me iso agradable eso es bueno muy buena atención Y llegó un latino que también me atendió perfectamente bien después yo quería saber de unos tubos y me recomendó a otra persona y no lo puedo creer también me atendió y me explicó con detalle lo que yo quería muy buenos trabajadores y amables yo me pregunto serán todos así Hasta dan ganas de ir ona y otraves sabiendo que te atenderán con amabilidad

This place has a culture that doesn't put the customer first. They don't take phone calls at the front desk. They waste your time and act like they are doing you a favor as you pay for something you can get elsewhere cheaper. Today I called to see if they still had a 7"x 7"x 1/2" remnant that I bought a foot of in mid December for a project. They charged me $50 for 12". So today I called to see if I could get another 12". The grumpy lady on the phone instructed me to come down and look around. I work 12 miles away. It would be a minimum of 1 hr. to find that perhaps they had nothing when they could find out in a couple of minutes if they had it. If you have a choice, which I do, I suggest going to Patton or someone who appreciates your business. I called Patton and bought 5' ft. of 6"x 8"x 1/2' with an additional cut for $182.00 over the phone. I now can will call it and not have to stand around wasting time as is the norm at Schorr.
