It's OK the rooms are average the tub in my room drained really slowly and when I told the front desk they wrote it down to be fixed, but didn't seem to care.

The main pool/hot tub/lobby is very nice, the rooms are decent for the price (although rooms are very dark). With that said, I had some really strange/rude experiences with the staff. First off, you have to ask to get let into the hot tub area by staff, which can result in quite a wait in your bathing suit. I asked one staff if I could get in, and he asked me if I had alcohol. I had a can of beer and he said you cannot bring any in, so I went back to my room to leave it there. I went to the hot tub with a friend and some younger kids came in with beer. The staff guy came out all aggressive and confiscated all of their beers. He then aggressively asked me if I had some, which I did not. It was very uncomfortable. The second issue was with parking. We came back one night and there was no parking in the lot. We then parked on the street in front of the hotel, where there was no no-parking signs to be found on the entire side of the street (the street was snow covered so there might have been something on the road, but its Jackson and I think it snows there a bunch!). Next morning, $100 ticket from the city. I went and politely complained to the staff and they instantly got very defensive and I had to clearly point out the lack of signs to the staff (right in front of the hotel). I know the city is partially at fault for no signs but I wish they would have given us more of a heads up about this, $100 is a lot of money. And no, I am not going to drive back to Jackson to protest the ticket. I have gotten two tickets in the past 10 yrs, and they have been in Jackson both times. Clearly, they are milking the tourists as much as possible. A shame.

Clean, affordable, great location and good amenities. Initially reserved 1 night, but they easily extended us an additional night. Really nice hotel right in the heart of Jackson and walking distance to the square. Cookies every night at 5 and hot chocolate and tea 24/7 is a nice addition as well.

Incredible. We stayed in the Cloudview Suite and the shower alone almost made us extend our trip. The view was incredible and we could see deer out our window every day. The staff was AMAZING!! Can't say enough good things about our stay. We will be back!

ロッジタイプの部屋に宿泊しました小さなキッチンが付いていますプールが広くてホットタブも付いていたのが良かったジャクソンホールの中心街まで徒歩圏です
