As we mentioned from the start the tackle wheels were on back order due to the global shipping issues. We hate that they didnt come available as anticipated but unfortunately it was completely outside our control. Thank you for your understanding.

Never answered my 4 emails I sent about my order. Never called me back when they say they would. I waited 8 weeks for the product ordered and never got it. The last attempt to call them and as Im on the phone they then refunded my order. Awful place to go. They couldnt fulfill my order in time which was already late!!! Thanks for the waste of time

***Schools beware*** Terrible terrible quality! This is what happened after one wash. Not to mention some shirts came with white spots everywhere. I think Walmart sells better clothing. Very disappointed for the price we pay. The owner should also learn how to be more professional as well. Our entire school cant wait to get out of this contract! Lands end, old navy are great options!!

Unfortunately with custom decorated items we dont offer returns or replacements if you ordered an incorrect size.

We were unhappy with our team wear the image was very thick and was lifting before we even wore the shirt and it was not on just one shirt a few of ours also some of the other parents shirts The iron on letters were not stretch material therefor the shirt wrinkled where the numbers were. The girls shirts also fit smaller than expected. All in all we was unhappy with over $200 in items we purchased just on our order that we wont wear and customer service was not helpful when I reached out before leaving a review.
