Good selection; very nice inventory; clean stores; acceptably ok pace of service tempo; &, somewhat reasonable pricings; but, many items, although, not all, are ticketed, on the slightly too highly overmarked up side; yet, they do at times, give: pretty ok discounts; on the basis of their own personal, on & off discretions; not as a standard rule, to all clients;... plus: they operate: 2, stores, together; which are: both, closely sited in this same neighborhood; one which has more upscale stock; &, the other with mostly, more down scale, street sales interest sorts of inventory levels in its' nature; &, type. They also run, a, few more stores, in other areas, as well. They have employed, a, few helpers, out of their whole staff lineup; whom, in general; have: a, just, reasonable level of English capability;...however, all staff, are overly selective; as to whom they serve; &, treat fairly; &, honestly, as a customer; &, show some levels of discriminatorily, preferential treatment of their customers; &, are not averse to using dishonesty; &, dismissiveness; in, disregard, of a, potential; or, an, actual customer, whom they wish, to reject; &, will do so, on arbitrary grounds; or, on, a, speciously, random, basis. 2, very bad, points against them: they can ignore a, phone call; &, not ever pick up a ringing phone, for hours; days; weeks, or: longer; &, they can be quite >Rude; impatient; cold; hard; &, difficult, over the phone; on a regular basis; &, also, another factor, making doing business, w/: them, nearly impossible; if not, completely, too much trouble; or: merely, unworthwhile; is: that,...to speak straightforwardly, it is sad, but, it is true, that: most all, of their staff, are simply, too deficient; or, plainly, not able, at all, at least, on any real, functional; &, useful level, to: speak English!; let alone, their not having, the abilities, to do so, in: ways, that are: in proper form; in complete sentences; w/: clear; easy to understand, full, helpful, explanations; &, in: a, relaxed; confident; at ease, smooth manner; &, all of that, and, more, makes: choosing this shopkeeper's businesses, for Non-Fully: Spanish fluent persons, to be: a, VERY, POOR CHOICE, INDEED!!!.
