I never write reviews but I thought Id do the public a service by letting them know how deceptive their sales techniques are. I purchased something which I was highly pressured into. I felt duped so I went into the boutique the very next day. They had the audacity to ask me why I changed my mind and looked upset when I told them. They said they cant issue me a refund because it was on sale. They never disclosed that to me when I bought it. I accepted the situation and they handed me a paper over with a credit AND a time limit of one year. Save your time and go into one of the many other beautiful boutiques that line the street.

Do not do business with this company. I returned merchandise that was acknowledged as received by the Company in the beginning of January. It is now nearly April and I have not received my refund. Customer service is horrible and they simply say its delayed. Horrendous customer service, this company is not reputable.

Love this place I came here on a Sunday the 24 of Jan and it was a rainy day by the way, I appreciate the service and care they gave me specially the salesperson Roberto Arras he was outstanding and patient and attentive for what I was looking for and interested in showed me some purses and had a assistance modeling the purses seeing the way they can look on a woman which that was a bonus that way I could have in mind how nice the handbag is seen on a woman, even with the jewelry the same way as well which really pleased my visit here and appreciated the time and care that was given to me and my brother which at the end I ended getting some jewelry for my fiance that was the perfect valentine's gift for her she loved them so much. I highly recommend this boutique I'll rated as a 10 star if possible. Thank you so much Roberto Arras I'll be shopping again in the future at this boutique.
