If youre here for an eye exam, these guys are good. If youre here for glasses, go somewhere else. They kind of force you into their highest priced frames (probably better margins for them). I asked for the section of frames that fall closer to what my insurance covers. They said well those are value frames and we dont warranty those. I asked what happens if they fall apart right after I leave and they said sorry, no warranty. Find somewhere else that cares about people on a budget.

I came in for an emergency this morning after my glasses broke right down the middle. I was just planning on replacing my glasses but the optometrist asked me if I wanted to try contact lenses. I agreed and he gave me a pair to try on. After dropping over $500 on my new glasses I decided not to get the trial contact lenses because they were charging an extra $80 for just trying out the different brands at home, which seemed really strange since no other business I know charges for a couple take-home boxes. It felt like a rip off. So then the optometrist told me to, literally, remove the contacts from my eyes. The justification was that Id go home and keep using them until I got an infection. I was in shock so I did what he told me to. But it was completely patronizing and infantilizing. I cried when I got to my car from the humiliation.

The staff & Doctors are attentive & caring. They take the time to make sure you get the right care & prescription. They have made accommodations when I forgot about my original appointment & still took me in. 5 star deserved!
