Unprofessional, terrible service. Every time I call I get different information depending on who is working the front desk. I bought and paid for contacts weeks ago and still have yet to receive them (even though they told me it would take 4 days). When I called and left a message no one returned my call. Honestly with so many other eye care options out there, this place does not even compare. Dont waste your time. We will never come back.
I had an eye examination at Wink Eye Care in Little Elm on August 22, 2020. The examination went well. I ordered eyeglasses on the same day. I still do not have my eyeglasses! After calling 2 times to inquire about the status on my eyeglasses, I was promised an email update to no avail. Then after the second call, I was told that my eyeglasses would be in the store last weekend to know no avail again. This is truly frustrating. Due to COVID-19, I believe deliveries are delayed. It's frustrating because I have not received updates as I was promised. I was excited to receive my Tom Ford eyeglasses. The service was truly ruined. Now, I am quite saddened and disappointed
Had to get a new pair of sunglasses adjusted, and Wink was the closest Ray-Ban dealer. I stopped in and they made the adjustments immediately, and free of charge. I didn't even buy my glasses from them. Awesome customer service! Thanks
I needed a same day appointment for an annual eye exam on a Saturday. I submitted an online appointment request and received a phone call within 30 minutes of the store opening. The office staff is friendly and organized. Dr. Kimmy Blois is kind, interested in her patients and knowledgeable. I will return and absolutely recommend Wink & Dr. Blois.

Our both kids had appointment with Dr. Gonzales couple of months back. And my husband was not at all satisfied with her service as the doctor was in rush during both appointments and also her behavior was also rude regarding answering the question. We are never going to visit them again. Biut the staff was good and helpful.
