Dropped off clothes and hats to be embroidered, waited over two months, shirts came in completely wrong. Colors were wrong and placement of logo was wrong. Instead of placement on chest area, logo is in middle of stomach. Hats werent even done at all. When we confronted him about the colors being wrong, he then came into our store and berated my husband in front of customers and our employees. Very immature and unprofessional. Will be going elsewhere for better quality and service from now on.

Amazing. You came in 1 he after closing to pick up your product then call our personal nrs and tell us to leave our homes to come open shop and give you your product. Not only did we do a rush job put other jobs aside to get yours done but we gave it to you in the morning when we opened up and you still file complaint here. Amazing. You should. Be ashamed. We are not Scientologist and we don't cater after hours to church like most of your Scientologist owned businesses that you use. You can't treat people like you do. We have reported you to Google and you even write that you got your product in time and we did not even charge you rush charge and you even had the odacity to ask for discount day off and brought your own cheap appareal to save cost and we happily serviced you. You did not even contact us tell us you would be an hour late and I have you on camera showing up at 6pm we closed at 5.

I never thought that this was ever going to happen when I woke up this morning. I went to their store at around 10:30 AM and I spoke to Leif Oskarssons employee and I told him that I had a birthday party in Nashville and I wanted to surprise the birthday girl with some printed shirts and hats. I Brought the shirts and caps to him at which point I reconfirmed with him that he would be able to get it done by the end of the day. The next I hear from him is at 4:45 telling me that something went wrong on that caps but that the shirts were done. I tried to get more information from him but there was radio silence. I texted and texted and called and no response. I made it to the shop by 5:18p and everything was closed, lights off nothing. This guy made me feel like he totally understood what I had said. He knew I had a flight in the morning. I was prepared to bring him a pizza and a huge tip for going over and beyond for me. I look in the window and see my beautiful shirts just sitting there. I already I knew that there was something wrong with the caps so I wasnt necessarily expecting to pick those up. I Messaged the owner of the store as I thought we were good friends or at least good business acquaintances since he has done work for me before and we even became friends on Facebook, explaining to him what his employee had promised me. He quickly told me that his store closes at 5 PM and repeated himself which led me to begging him to please come and just open the door for me and let me pay for the shirts. He read my message and muted me. I spent a lot of money buying the shirts and hats in an effort to surprise my very good friend. Since Im leaving first thing in the morning and they open at the odd hour of 10:00am, the time that was spent explaining it all to them and getting the supplies and everything else thats I did was wasted.

What a FANTASTIC experience working with Leif and his staff! They are TRUE entrepreneurs who cater to their clients. I am a perfectionist Master Level, Educated Fine Artist who needs perfection in my work. I cater to my clients as Leif does to his. This means, the Owner has to sometimes alter their schedules to make sure a client is ultimately satisfied and gets excellent service. Signworx gives customers LUXURY LEVEL service and when Leif needs to be one site to make sure a project is done to perfection, he shows up and makes sure customer is HAPPY. When and If you sign up and order from him... you may have to wait a bit, he gets busy, BUT YOU WILL BE ULTIMATELY SATISFIED.

? I am the owner and I was here at 10.30 we open at 10 due to a doctor's appointment so I did not have one customer here and no one in my shop came in and I have video of that. I don't know you and have not spoken to you. I know this is a fake account and we are sorry that you want to lie here. People know better when reading these so I never speak rude to my customers and you were not here
