Beware, the company owners/partners and staff are writing their own reviews. Ian Newcombe who wrote the first review actually works for the firm. Anyone that has to write their own 'good review' shouldn't be trusted.

Awful service. Forgot to make part of our order and then sent only sent one key for it and refuse to admit they did or reply to further emails. Avoid at all costs.

Awful customer service. We only needed one damaged window replaced, and they knew this when I called and sent someone round to measure and give us a quote. The site visitor was very negative and criticised the property. I then got a TEXT MESSAGE three days later saying due to the scale of work they are unable to quote for the work. Meanwhile we've had 2 quotes from other companies. I think they weren't interested because it was only one window. Terrible customer service - who would send a TEXT MESSAGE rather than calling to discuss? Pathetic. Only given 1 star because I'm unable to leave 0 stars.
