When my husband and I booked the Lone Star Christmas tour for December 2019 we were not aware that it was a "faith based" company. Nowhere on their brochure or in person when we attended the preview show in November 2019 was it discussed. Neither my husband or I are religious but we are very open minded for anyone who is religious. we didn't even get on the road before the bus driver says a prayer for our safe travel and unfortunately is was too late to get off the bus. During the 5 days of travel different people stood up to read bible stories which truthfully made both of us uncomfortable as we found out during our travels that there were other couples that felt the same way. Our Tour guide made us some very nice gifts during our tour but we were both very offended by the card below that was given to us near the end of the tour. This card should have only been given to the people she knew would appreciate it and believe as she does. I would strongly recommend that your company do a better job of full disclosure with regards to faith based tours
Monica, I'm very sorry to see that you just gave us a 3 star rating. I have reviewed our records and can not find your name on our customer list anywhere, there is no record of you ever traveling with us. So I am very curious as to why you gave us this rating. And see if we can address what ever grievance you might have. We work very hard at providing 5 star service and want to continue it. Jerry
Hey everyone.....this guy is from India and never traveled with us before. Just a scammer thing....I know he would love it if he just went once (: .......I just thought you all should know.
