The shop did an excellent job with our shirts, but customer service was not very professional! We had a job set up and were supposed to be contacted that Tuesday to sign off on the design so that the shirts could be completed by Thursday. Come Thursday, we had received no contact whatsoever. We had to call every time if we wanted to get updates on our order, the shop never notified us to let us know the status. While we understand the timeline may have been affected by COVID, we did expect to be given a heads up if the order was going to take longer than expected, because we got them several days late. The lady managing our order was very unapologetic about the situation and insisted that none of the situation was her fault. Again, quality of work was excellent, but the personnel handling clients left something to be desired.

I'm sorry you felt you should get something for nothing and the coach that sent you to us did not share with you that there would be a charge for the shirt. As I state with you on the phone, your complaint should be with your coach and not us. Now that you have cancelled your payment to us and received a refund from the coach, I hope that you are satisfied.

Horrible customer service!!! Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Disappointed! No ethics or class... Worst experience ever! 11/24 Responding to your reply: 1. You never discussed the cost for the personalized shirt when you took my order. Our Coach isn't responsible for that. 2. Even after that, I did not stop the payment. You are lying about not receiving the amount you charged. You absolutely got the amount in FULL. 3. You told me "This is America... This is not a barter system, how you are running your business for 20+ years etc..." when I was politely trying to discuss with you. Completely racist in nature. Telling me that my Coach is making money of us??? Really!! 4. You absolutely tried to intimidate me and threatened me that you would reach out my Coach and you actually did reach out to him unnecessarily. 5. I am not satisfied and I would give you ZERO stars if possible.

I found this place while frantically googling "local embroidery shops" at 1 am, 5 days before my wedding. Being the stereotypical crazy bride, I had decided that I needed personalized handkerchiefs for my mom and MIL (even though I'd already bought them very nice gifts). It was obviously a little last minute and I said as much in my email. I reached out to every shop I found within 20 miles and crossed my fingers. I had a $300 embroidery machine in my Amazon cart (which I wouldn't have known how to use) when Laura emailed me back later that morning and said it would be no problem. What a lifesaver! I know it seems like a small detail but at that point in time I was so far removed from sanity that I cried happy tears. I got the handkerchiefs to her the next day, but I had no ideas for the design other than the text. She patiently helped me pick out the perfect thread colors and choose a beautiful font. The handkerchiefs were ready 1.5 days later and absolutely beautiful. Best of all, both moms loved them! What's more, I ended up hearing back from a couple other shops, one who declined in a less-than-polite way and another who said they might be able to do it for double the price. I'm so thankful there are still some nice people in the world like Laura and wonderful local businesses like Stitch This!! I'll be going to them for all my future embroidery needs!!

Phone call, person in charge was so rude i wouldnt even bother in coming by this business, she yelled at me for no reason, i dont think its a place you want to be close by, just stay away. I would have expected a rude attitude from an employee, but no from the person thats supposed to be in charge. If this is frequent it is none of your business, I call a business if im interested in getting their service or product, and if i do not get a good customer service attention i will leave a bad review, yes it has happened frequently and i have no idea why bother in having a business if you cant stand talking in the phone with a potential customer.
