Pluses: Not a one. Minuses: Surly, rude, unpleasant interaction with us as prospective customers. Initial encounter with Carly for t-shirt custom printing service was pleasant and professional. My significant other contacted her later for follow-up appointment. Carly advised her that she would be available the next day between 1 and 1:30. We arrived at 1:20, and two people there informed us that she had left for the day about 5 minutes earlier for an appointment (eh?), and that she would be back tomorrow from 8 to 3. We returned the next day around 1:15, and two people there (one from the day before) advised us that she had left for the day (again). We replied that you had told us yesterday that she would be here today from 8 to 3. He denied ever saying it. Neither one of these individuals (who appeared to be doing nothing at all) offered to help us in the absence of Carly. They made no effort at minimal customer service, or to apologize for the misinformation/waste of our time making two trips for nothing. I said that I was getting ready to take my business elsewhere, to which one person said: "Please do." What?!?! No problem, so we did. We then immediately visited Unique Experience Custom Embroidery in Bremerton, who provided outstanding customer service, and satisfied all our specs, at a lower price than Kitsap Screen Printing was initially offering. Bottom line: Although more locally convenient to us, we will never ever ever use this company again, barring a complete management/personnel overhaul. If they treat all their customers like this, I fail to see how they can stay in business.
