I paid an extreme premium for these masks and was happy at first. However, the masks they started sending me were not of the same quality as before. Some didn't even have the metal wire in the nose area. It took forever to get in touch with someone but they agreed to send me replacements. After they never came I wasted more time trying to reach them and eventually after 2 more communications, I was told they would send replacements. Yet again, they never sent them. Save your money, this is not how a good company operates

After careful research to ensure we found a US based company we made a small order of disposable face masks to test the quality before making a much larger order. We ordered masks from Akings company based in NY and received a email on April 18, 2020 stating the masks were shipped. It is now April 30th. The tracking information shows only that a shipping label was created by Akings, but NOT that it was turned over to the Postal Service. I contacted Akings and they are blaming short staffing at USPS. This excuse does not fly as all but two package scans are automatically made by mail processing equipment. We reached out to Akings Customer Service a second time to explain the scans show they did not actually deposit the package into the USPS system. The only response to this was a canned response about tracking numbers. I retired from and worked at the Postal Service for 37 years. Tracking numbers are something I read and understand very well. It is my belief that Akings never actually shipped the order, but they have charged my credit card. Buyer beware!! I do NOT recommend buying from this company.

I've been looking for rings with particular designs. AKINGSNY came out with a set recently, and they were definitely what I was looking for. Unique design and quality material. I got the swan design and I absolutely love it. Any fashion enthusiast need to definitely check them out.

I ordered masks from this company on April 11th 2020 and now is May 1st 2020 and the only that I have received until this point is the email from them said my ordered is confirmed. I tracked the tracking number from USPS and it said my order is on the way to USPS. I don't think they ever shipped my order. I DO NOT recommend this company to anybody, what a scam.
