They seem to have lost there way over the years. Customer service is weak and so forth. I have felt like they've been on life support. Not impressed.

This place doesn't deserve one star. If they put as much effort into sales and customer service as they went out of their way to ignore me, then they would be successful. When I was approached they were INCREDIBLY RUDE!! Unbelievably RUDE!! Getting answers to simple questions was like pulling teeth. Most of the time, they were clueless.They were irritated by my mere presence in the store. They were rude until the moment I left. I need to purchase hardware and interior/exterior doors for 3 homes but after this experience I will be shopping elsewhere. Money is not a factor. I will make certain family, friends and neighbors know how horrible this place is!

These folks went above and beyond to help us find hardware for our home in a hurry. They even stayed late one night to help us. Highly recommend them.

I cant believe I have to write this review. I am SO frustrated with this place!!! Ive been in my home for not even a year and the 1st thing I wanted to replace was the original 1986 sliding door. Instead of a sliding door I wanted atrium/French doors with a screen. Doesnt seem too complicated. Ive seen stuff like this all over. Chris comes out and measures for our new door. I decide to go with Scottsdale Building supply because I want to make sure it fits well and there arent any hiccups in the process. First hiccup - the salesman Chris cant even get the purchase order to the correct email address. Finally after 3 weeks he gets it sent to the correct address. 2nd hiccup - I get a call from them and they tell me that my door is ready. Yay! Almost a week early! My contractor goes to pick it up and its NOT ready. Not even close! He tells them hell come back the next day. Still not ready. After the 3rd try he is finally able to pick up the door. We knew the screen wouldnt be ready at the same time as the door but after the long wait on the door we thought they might have had it ready. Nope. Due to scheduling issues we couldnt get the door installed for a month. After the door is installed I contact our sales person to see if he would be willing to deliver the screen since it took 3 tries to get to pick up the door - and we paid our contractor for each trip. Well, Ive contacted him several times and after initially responding Chris has gone dark. My contractor was in the neighborhood today and stopped by to see if he could get the screen and no one could find it. What?! And to top it all off there is a problem where the handle of the door is going to HIT the screen when we close it. And they already knew that and never said a word to anyone!! This is ridiculous! I know Im not a huge client so they dont seem to care, but this was a big deal to me and a lot of money. Ive paid in full with no discounts - what gives? I should have gone to Home Depot.
