Went to Twine in person and spoke to a woman at front desk and couldnt find my account asked me what I needed and told her a reorder on a t- shirt that I had in my hand with a minor addition on the sleeve. She went towards the back and told me that they had two designers but both were unavailable and that they were both going into a meeting and that I should tell her what I wanted or send in a email. Also I needed to call for appointment. My first order required a minimum order which I gladly gave them plus the cost of the design of which I gladly paid. All I wanted was a reorder with an addition to the sleeve. They acted like they were doing me a favor and didnt offer to make an appointment I told them I would come back and walked out. I guess if your not a big business or a high school your not worth their time.
I've placed several orders of screen printed shirts with Twine - each time they delivered quality products with helpful and patient customer service. These folks do good work and I recommend doing business with them!
