Very, very disappointed with their handling of refunds. Front Gate Tickets promised me a refund of deposits after I requested to cancel my layaway. A week later they wrote me to tell me that they are not offering refunds anymore. Customer service representatives on the phone "talked over" me repeatedly and quoted policy again and again. They also gave me incorrect and misleading information.
The worst ticketing company I have ever experienced. They have shut down their customer phone service. They don't answer emails, and they don't respond to customer requests about ADA compliance issues. HORRIBLE company. Stay away.
Worst service imaginable. Expect to be on the phone for hours.
