no he estado en la librería física pero me apunté a un evento online que hicieron con mi autor favorito, y fue un desastre. la entrada incluía una sesión de zoom y aparte un libro firmado y una gorra. una vez hecho el evento, nos dijeron que la librería se pondría en contacto con nosotros para ver el tema de los gastos de envío pero nadie nos mandó nada. después de insistir, nos mandaron un email diciendo que si queríamos los regalos teníamos que pagar más de 50 dólares porque el único servicio postal que ofrecían era el priority. lo pagué pensando bueno, lo recibiré enseguida. lo primero es que pusieron el nombre de mi ciudad mal, se lo dije y ni me contestaban a los emails. a eso súmale que el paquete me lo retuvieron en la aduana durante mes y medio y nadie se hizo cargo de nada en fin, la librería será bonita pero para compras online no la recomiendo en absoluto

Good collection of books. Wish there was used books section for cheaper books. Membership options aren't very useful either

I have been to this store on many occasions and these are my thoughts: This bookstore has a very quality selection of books and organized quite well. The staff on the other hand is completely rude and off putting. I have seen multiple times where customers have tried to ask the staff questions and they either dismiss the questions as they claim they are too busy or they answer in a condescending way. This place can stay but the staff needs a revamp or some teachings on how to talk to people.
