Very very unprofessional, had an appointment with Jess to have a look at a property at 10.30 today. Waited outside of the property then rang the office because no one showed up. Then the lady asked us to come back at 1pm when i did also mentioned on our first call that i was not available after 12. Very poor organisation skill.

Oh No! That sounds extremely frustrating! Perhaps I can share our perspective? We too are being adversely affected by the demands of an unusual property market where there is limited stock and extremely high levels of interest. Our only response can be to limit time wasted by all parties ( and keep everyone safe ) by qualifiying tenants prior to limited capacity open homes or arranging private inspections. Therefore we ask tenants to apply with all their qualifiying documents, assess or have the landlord assess suitable candidates, and from there conduct opens or private or remote inspections. I would suggest that if you hope to achieve a rental property in this area you need to set yourself up as a client on 1form, which is the universally accepted application platform and from which you can apply for properties with any agency on realestate.com.au, instead of domain. Alternatively if you have a budget, location, time frame you can contact our agency to discuss personally your requirements. We hope this helps and wish you luck with your search.

Wasted my time. I came across a property on domain for lease and the only way I could get a chance to view the property, to see if i wanted to apply, WAS TO APPLY. After some time of filling out an application (weblinks they posted were dead ends etc.) they responded a couple of days later saying they were organising a viewing time. Another few days later I received a message saying the property had been taken. I don't understand this backwards way of doing business. If i were leasing my property, I would not use this company. Extremely unhelpful

Jess went above and beyond for the sale of my investment property. Checked in regularly as their were a few hurdles to place the property on the market. Property went on the market and sold within 5 days for full asking price. Kept me fully updated the whole way through.
