This review has nothing to do with the quality of work from NSB Custom Tees & Laser Engraving. We have never done business with Nancy Rickard. It has to do with parking. We have repeatedly asked politely if she could park in the space where she IS doing business, but rather than leaving our space open for our customers, she has chosen to make it a point of contention. Customers who actually DO transact business with us have honored our shop with a very hard to achieve 5 star Google rating. A 1 star review from someone who isnt even a customer speaks only of her own character.

Hi Timothy, we are very sorry to read this review. We should have been more proactive in communication... Our last understanding was that you had settled on your design for the back, but were still undecided on the front. I wish you had called! We always do everything we can to make sure our customers are happy. We have been a bit distracted lately, due to expanding / moving the equipment, so you happened to catch us at an 'off' time it seems. We would be pleased to make it right. I had invested over an hour of my time to creating your design - at no charge - and the shirts were ordered and had arrived... We were waiting on you to choose the front design. We can still print them and send them to you.

I approached NSB Custom Tees about doing a small number of custom shirts for me. They agreed to do the project. I described the design concept/ provided some art to them and they produced a design. Upon seeing the design I realized my concept was bad and I revamped the design, sending them a print ready design 2 days later. Over the course of the next 3 weeks I received no communication from NSB Custom Tees. I sent several e-mails asking about the project and received no response. I stopped by the shop 3 times and was told the final design would be sent to me that day or the shirts had arrived. Neither of those things were true. The lack of communication, transparency and professionalism was very frustrating. I would strongly recommend NOT using NSB Custom Tees. Terrible Experience.
