Packed shop, two artist on site to handle walk in and reservation while they have promos going on. No point in online reservation because you'll still wait 2+ hours. Good idea poor execution.

Gave up appointment made a month ahead for walk ins. Very unprofessional business. Why have appointments if you are just going to give them up? I get being busy but appointments should be FIRST! Very unprofessional and not how you should treat you clients. Hoping they dont treat future clients this way and continue to waste other people's time and money!

This store has a horrible management system and has a terrible lack of communication. The artists show good work on social media but thats where the good news stops. If you plan on making an appointment dont book with the shop book with the artist. We showed up, signed in, and sat in silence for an hour and a half while one artist ate pizza and did anything but talk to the 9 people waiting in the inadequate seating area. We were then told the artists who were supposed to be working just didnt show up. The artist who told us the bad new of how they were backed up for 5 hours was nice but an hour and a half too late. I would not recommend this shop.
