It is a little inconvenient to us when people show up late to their appointment and then don't like the price and just leave. It's also inconvenient when I have to reply to condescending reviews from people implying that we are lazy poor people. Saying things like that gives you a "Karen vibe" fyi.

Bad vibes. Felt like I was inconveniencing them. Felt like maybe the staff is underpaid/don't like their jobs? That's just the vibe I got.Was 100% on time to my appointment bc i was nervous and super excited....just wanted to feel welcomed, but again felt immediately uncomfortable....went elsewhere and felt super welcomed and comfortable...maybe would've preferred a woman, bc the guys working seemed like they hated their job. But otherwise they are probably super high quality...

I would give this place more stars if I could! I went there to get my lower lip pierced and it was a great experience. The staff was all very friendly! Tyson was my piercer and he did such a wonderful job! He explained everything as he went and made me feel really comfortable. The pricing is extremely reasonable especially since you get an after kit as well. Thank you! I will be back!!!

Cyndi, After reviewing the audio and video surveillance of your interaction with Tyson, all I witnessed him doing was calmly and professionally explaining to you why your piercings were healing at an angle. At no time was he rude or condescending and in the 20+ years he's worked for me he has always been kind and honest with every client. I'm sorry if his answers were not the ones you wanted to hear but the problem you're experiencing is very common and easy to spot. My piercing and my daughters are both crooked. When we went back to have them evaluated, Tyson immediately blamed us for sleeping on them. He looked at my ear for 2 seconds and didnt even look at my daughters. Totally unprofessional and horrible customer service. I have never in my life had such a horrible piercing experience. He couldve easily made it right by offering to correct it instead of being rude and taking zero responsibility for it. (He was there when we were pierced and there was a woman who seemed to be new and asked him if she could pierce us. ) I also emailed the owner and got no response.
