I dont recommend Jules in ShopRite. Less than favorable customer service. Rushed me to pick a pair a glasses and then down right refused to give me the dimensions so I could order a separate pair with another store. Highly disappointed.

Generally friendlier and more "on the ball" than Newburgh Mall. Smaller store. Less hectic environment. I wish Dr. Collins from Newburgh location would move to this store and call it a day. UPDATE: went on a Saturday for an annual eye exam and the doctor there was awesome. Took his time, knew his stuff and listened!

I went in there to get a new pair of glasses as my prescription had changed. The guy in there was so rude. He didnt even attempt to help me find a frame. When I couldnt find one that I liked he then insulted me. When I got upset and was leaving he had the nerve to shout out to me, youre welcome. Great job you lost a customer and everyone else I will tell of your horrible service. I will never go back there again!
