They are not the same as they used to. Had printed many shirts from them but this last one wasted my time and left me to look for another printer. They used to communicate with all the print jot with proofs before moving forward to print. But this time they had issues with the images but went ahead and printed without conusulting me first. When I tried to suggest things that would have made it right, they told me it can't be done. After a few rounds, they just said best to just refund. Which means they are not willing to try to make this right even they cause the problem. Had they communicated with me first, it wouldn't have this ending. Plus they should have never made the decision to just make changes and decision without giving the chance to and involving their client. Felt like their service level have just plummeted. So is my review score.
Were sorry it didnt work out! We have two clerks Tuesday - Friday!

Came into the store that only has one clerk, told I had to come back as too many people were in line and it was too close to closing. Shop has downsized since I last patronized this business, looking for a replacement.
