As explained previously by email, the plugins you're referencing required a license update - which you did not agree to pay for. Regarding the website down time, we do not have a record of your website being down at all for the duration of your active hosting agreement. The only downtime your website experienced is when you chose to discontinue your service due to lack of payment. In the past, repeatedly, we have offered to assist with your website's content and design, at a discounted hourly rate as described in your hosting agreement, which you declined. It's unfortunate that a communication breakdown occurred, considering we sent monthly reminders offering assistance, as well as extending the deadline for hosting payment to 65 days beyond the usual 30 - with multiple written reminders regarding that issue, as well. It our sincere hope that you find a hosting partner for your business that is more in-line with your expectations and budget.

Be careful when choosing to host your website. I had to repeatedly inform them of when something was wrong with my site even though I was paying for the hosting service. There were a few times that my site was showing the code because the plug ins had not been updated properly until I informed them. There was also a time where my site was down during my peak registration season and I had to reach out to them to let them know once my clients informed me they were having trouble accessing. There are other hosting sites where you can get the same services for a fraction of the cost charged.
Rosie and her team are phenomenal. They take the time to get to know your business and customers and build a plan that gets results. She stays informed on industry trends and quickly pivots strategy to best take advantage of current opportunities. If you're looking to grow your business and better connect with your customers then I would highly recommend Rosie and her people. You won't regret it.
