I contacted Paige Media to work on a video promoting my non-profit's strategic plan. Communication is key to our member retention and new member recruitment and reaching out to a very diverse community can be a challenge. After a first introduction meeting where I had the chance to meet with Paige, we moved forward with the project. The procedure was very straightforward and easy for me as a client. Paige worked closely with me and my colleagues, and listened carefully about our needs and challenges. All I did is introduce her to selected individuals for interviews; she communicated with each of them and worked around their schedule to secure the material needed. I am impressed by how she has the ability to direct discussions to the points that need to be made, without giving the impression of formally interviewing individuals. The outcome is spectacular - she captured the soul of the AAVSO through our member's viewpoints and generated a product we will be proud to showcase in any opportunity. And she is an amazing individual to work with! So, 5 stars for quality, value, professionalism, outcome, responsiveness and lots of fun!
