Absolutely love this place! All the piercers are very knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have a piercing done.

I love Supernatural! Ive been going here for years and never had a bad experience. Recently, I had jewelry get knocked out of my ear. I was able to call and they offered an appointment after when they typically close so they could help me out and my piercing didnt close. I would never expect anyone to stay late for me but it is greatly appreciated! Scheduling is super easy online or calling (but online is easier for a typical appointment). The online scheduler includes a list of all documentation needed (ID, proof of vaccination etc.) And they are always nice about answering questions when Ive called for clarification. The past few times I went in, I spoke to Perry at the front desk. While the entire staff is always helpful and polite, Perry stood out as kind and personable. After so many great experiences, I wouldnt go anywhere else!
