I will not recommend this place to anyone I paid these dead beats every dime owed I have all phone calls recorded and e mails i sent to them i am not afraid to post them on here so people know not to hire them this company should be shut down

My first ever reply to a google review. This person was put into not collectible status in 2017 as the first step in his case. That work was done and paid for without issue. We have since outbound contacted this person via letter, email, phone and text over **70 times** in the last two years trying to get documents for the final step in solving his tax problems yet he never provided those documents. He now contacted us swearing and demanding a refund for work already done. Beyond replying to this review, we'll be enforcing our contract.

So far so good... George D. has been really professional and very detailed in his explanations... I have multiple years of returns filed by the IRS, which includes major penalties... George Informed me of the options and routes I could take... nothing is finalized yet so I will do another review...

We were distraught about our tax situation and reached out to the tax defenders. Though things are not completely resolved yet, we are impressed specifically w the respect and fairness of George.....he is honest, fair, and respectful at every turn.

PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE PEOPLE THAT ONLY HAVE 1 REVIEW THEY ARE BOTS TRYING TO COVER UP AND PUSH DOWN THE REAL STORIES AND REVIEWS ABOUT THIS COMPANY Do not hire The Tax Defenders. When you receive their offer in the mail throw it away IMMEDIATELY. Do not believe all the reviews that are left on google. They will drag your Offer in Compromise for years while collecting payment monthly and when its time to finally file the OIC they will tell you its nothing they can do about your situation. They will want you to pay additional money just to review your case again that they once said wasnt eligible for OIC. They will make you feel like your tax situation is fixable in the beginning and once you are finished paying they will drop your case. I went with them because of the good reviews on Google and ignored the one negative review they have here until I experienced it myself and the review was absolutely true because it happened to me. Run far away dont believe Chad, George, Jessica or anyone that works here.
