Very good design work once you talk to the Art Department. Customer Service and communication isn't good. Sent some emails without a response. Had them do some team items for the high school including an online spirit gear store and warmups. When the warmups arrived they were the wrong shirt. The spirit gear items arrived late--no contact to tell us they were late. Some of the spirit gear items were poorly screened. Overall, a disappointing experience.
Lied about price to my wife and still didnt have shirts made. Very slow and not a place of customer service for sure. I think a one star is being nice.
Excellent service on orders large or small. I had four shirts made for a bowling tournament and received the same great service as if I'd ordered 1000 shirts. Also, they have a make and take day for the children on Saturdays occasionally. They can make a mug or a shirt for $10! So much fun!
My Sports Locker is great! We order all of our custom apparel through them and they are fast, efficient, and friendly. The in-store selection they have is also amazing. If you have not stopped into their store on S. Walnut Street, then I highly recommend you do so!
My Sports Locker - please get your act together. Its been a nightmare to purchase letter jackets for my kids. We had delays, overcharges, failures to return calls and another overcharge tonight. Horrible customer service and responses. The manager seems nice but limited or unable to resolve problems. I need to find some other place to have patches added for the future. I hate to dog on a locally owned business but this saga started in June. The worst part is seriously the failure to respond or to send itemized receipts and to resolve problems.
