I have loved Hush for years but really disappointed in them at the moment. Item STILL not arrived but payment taken a month ago. Aware it was a back order but should have gone out for delivery 12 days ago. Checked the order online status & it still says 'processing'. Called customer service a week ago & they took details & said someone would contact me. Called again today & just got someone else take my details & say someone will get back to me - apparently they are just taking messages atm & not actually acting on anything or doing anything about it. Can't tell me when it will be dispatched or cancel and Refund. Very annoying and very dissapointing. Unfortunately I would have to say avoid atm. In testing times this is an extra problem we can all do without. Am wondering if they are in financial difficulties & whether I will ever see my item or money ??!!
The service and customer service is very bad. I ordered an item which was in stock, it never arrived - I was told that the item went out of stock and so cancelled my order and issued a refund and a 10 voucher. The refund never came back and the voucher didnt work...11 calls later to customer service and they are now delivering my NEW order to the wrong address. Ive spent alot of time (6 weeks) trying to get ONE item delivered. Cannot get hold of anyone over the phone and when i do it actually solves nothing.
Appalling customer service. Poor quality clothes and expensive. Returns take over 3 weeks to see your money back and they are devious with sale items. They refuse free returns for sale even if over 200. Use your money somewhere else.
