Bad service, I arrived 25 minutes before they close and they were no happy to turn on the color printer. When I asked for lamination (20 minutes before they close) the guy (Tom) said that I should told him before. It looked like they were making me a favor. You should have people that enjoy their work and that are not looking to get off of work.
This family owned and operated business takes great pride in our customers needs and wishes. With over 50 years in the printing industry, we have learned what matters most: providing the best customer service possible and delivering quality goods in the shortest of timeframes. From the basic business card order to a complete brand package, all orders matter to us as much as they do to our customers... Unfortunately, what was not stated in this 1-star review, is that the PrintMyStuff team offered to fix Mr. Beckers incorrect phone number free of charge, even though he provided the contact info, reviewed his business card and approved it before printing. To elaborate; the PrintMyStuff Team offered to fix the contact number for FREE but it sadly wasnt good enough and demanded more. Mr. Becker then threatened to leave the above review and contact our corporate offices. PIP Printing Riverside & Corona does not accommodate to any forms of extortion and is simply not tolerated.

Had a typo on a business card. My fault! Didn't catch it. Asked them to give me any kind of a break on a reprint. They said NO!! WAY!! NOT EVEN $5. NADA. ZIP. Don't use this place. I'm going to corporate and complain!!!!! I didn't ask for a free print only a break of some kind. These people don't care about you! Period.
Sam is awesome! I had an urgent project due in a short amount of time and he was kind to get it done before my deadline and taught me a few things about the printing process while I waited. Professional, Friendly, Top Quality Service, they definitely have my business from now on.
Walked in this place and a lady offered to help me. Her service was ok. I went in to use the internet, print copies and mail them as well. I ended up paying almost $5 just for a few copies and the internet that I used for 1 minute. To top it off a man named Tom was super rude. I asked him a question and he just said "so what are you trying to say". This is definately not the kind of service I was looking for. Next time I will go to kinkos or fed ex.
