I ordered a travertine fireplace hearth from them. Paid $700 for it. Shipped perfectly but when I got it in the house and went to lay it on the floor is literally snapped in half and damaged my wood floor! Fighting with them now to try and get some compensation but already feeling as though my issue is unimportant to them as I sit around waiting for a response. I was going to order a mantel from them as well...this has certainly changed my mind. Hoping for a positive resolution.
I just got my free standing electric fireplace the wood has little holes all over it. I canot believe a company would send this out like this .trying to get a call back $799.00 is a lot to pay for damaged goods. Cherilyn Curths email [email protected]

They will not help you out if you need it . They will drag things out and then tell you that you are past the point that they can help you. As a business owner i can not believe this is the way they treat their customers.
